Atlanta Love Story

Furnishings

When our founder and lead designer Jennifer married her husband in December 2021, it was time to blend their homes, along with their lives. As Jennifer moved from Nashville to Atlanta, the couple embarked on a journey to make their new shared space truly their own. This project was not just about creating a beautiful living environment to accommodate their love of cooking and entertaining, but also weaving their individual stories into every corner.

Art plays a pivotal role in Jennifer’s design philosophy—it must resonate on a personal level and also harmonize with the space it occupies. One standout piece is an artwork commissioned from a friend, depicting her husband’s skydiving adventures. This piece is more than just decoration; it’s become a meaningful focal point in their shared office.

Near the pool table in their game room, a flag painting serves as a tribute to Jennifer’s husband’s service as a Marine, and also adds depth to the space.

Additionally, the couple cherishes a special connection to a painting of a lifeguard stand. They transformed a photograph of the stand into a digitally painted canvas for the living area, adding a narrative layer that speaks to their shared experiences.

In redesigning their Atlanta home, Jennifer infused the interiors with elements that reflect a balanced aesthetic, ensuring the space was neither too masculine nor too feminine. From selecting the rugs and furniture to choosing the right accessories, every detail was meticulously curated to create a home that is not only stylish and comfortable but also a true reflection of their love story and shared life.
