After successfully remodeling their previous residence, our repeat clients approached us to bring their new one-level home up to date. The house, while structurally sound, presented a disjointed layout with five different levels and a compartmentalized flow that did not fit their social lifestyle.

From the outset, the vision was clear: create an open, fluid living space conducive to entertainment and family gatherings. One of the first major changes was the demolition of walls separating the traditional living areas, integrating them with what would become a dynamic space featuring a pool table. Additionally, our team expanded the living area outward, adding a screened porch and a larger back patio, perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertaining.

The renovation involved a complete overhaul of the kitchen, family, and living rooms, replacing all disparate flooring with cohesive hardwood to enhance the sense of unity throughout the home. The new design not only elevated the aesthetic but also significantly improved the functionality of the space.
