Before moving to Atlanta, our founder and lead designer Jennifer faced a transformative chapter as a newly single mom in Franklin, Tennessee. This period was not only a fresh start for her personally but also an opportunity to reinvent her living space to reflect her new beginning.

Eager to infuse her space with character and warmth, Jennifer integrated reclaimed doors into the primary bathroom and laundry room. These pieces, rich with history, were meticulously retrofitted by a skilled local craftsman, whose expert touch ensured they enhanced the home's aesthetic while preserving their rustic charm.

Another significant upgrade was the installation of hardwood floors throughout the home. These floors laid the foundation for a cohesive look, elevating the entire space with their natural beauty. Custom window treatments throughout further complemented the interiors, providing both privacy and a finishing touch that pulled each room together.

The renovation was a hands-on project, with Jennifer and her then-boyfriend (now husband!) sharing in the labor. This personal involvement made the process even more rewarding.
