Furnishings & Window Treatments
Located in Franklin, Tennessee, this home required window treatments throughout that would not only provide privacy, but also be easy to open and close. Our client also sought an impressive home office for Zoom video calls.
The initial phase of the project centered on integrating motorized shades in key areas of the house, including the back of the house and the media room. These shades provided the necessary privacy, as well as convenience thanks to their ease of operation. Solar charging panels on each motorized shade ensure the batteries are automatically charged as needed, combining eco-friendly innovation with smart design.
For all the window treatments, we selected materials that would bring both beauty and functionality to each room. Roman shades were added to the office, guest bedroom, primary closet, and laundry room, while elegant draperies grace the primary bedroom and media room. Solar and roller shades were installed in the den, dining area, bonus room, and basement office and bedrooms, ensuring light control and privacy throughout the home.
For the office renovation, we switched out the existing heavy, dark furniture with lighter, more contemporary pieces. A stunning cork metallic wallpaper became the focal point of the back wall, perfectly complementing the metal wall accents that were repurposed to maintain a sense of continuity. The addition of a sleek new desk, a stylish lamp, and a functional credenza completed the office's transformation.
