Built in 1996, this home originally featured a segmented layout typical of its time, with multiple small, enclosed rooms. The new owners had a clear vision to modernize the space, seeking to transform it into an open, airy environment with a focus on a stunning, functional kitchen.

The clients were decisive and had a strong sense of what they wanted— a sleek, clean, and bright kitchen that seamlessly flowed into the living areas. The new layout not only features an expansive kitchen island, designed for both meal prep and a social hub for entertaining, but also lets natural light flow throughout the living area, giving our clients the light, bright space of their dreams.
