New Build

Building their forever home was a labor of love for this delightful family in Acworth, GA. They approached us with a finalized exterior structure and floor plans. Our job was to make their new build into a beautiful and deeply custom home they could enjoy for years to come, while avoiding costly mistakes during the construction process.

The family wanted a space that felt timeless, personal, and true to their collective style, including a guest house for close family. We thoughtfully curated every detail—from brick and mortar to cabinets, tile, and paint—to balance functionality with beauty.

The exterior design became a key focus, blending light and dark woods with a striking green-black trim color—Belle Meade Green by Sherwin Williams. This shade, inspired by the historic Belle Meade neighborhood in Nashville, served as a meaningful nod to the wife’s time at Belmont University.

To ensure cohesive exterior elements, we commissioned 3D renderings to visualize roof and shutter options, which streamlined decision-making and brought clarity to the process.

Inside, the design celebrates both personal touches and practicality. To make oversized grocery hauls easier, we added a “Costco door” in the pantry, while large sliding doors and a pass-through window ledge at the kitchen sink invite effortless transitions between the kitchen and outdoor spaces—perfect for hosting gatherings.

The husband’s requests added a unique layer to the home’s design. His Dallas Cowboys-inspired man cave reflects his passion for the team, while the oversized garage—designed to house his car collection—doubles as a party barn. With garage doors that open to a backyard deck, this space makes for seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Thanks to the wife’s meticulous Pinterest boards, we were able to refine her style and ensure every selection, down to the finest detail, felt true to her vision. From custom trim work to thoughtful material choices, the project was a collaboration between the clients, their builder, and our team, all working together to create a spectacular home this family can now enjoy forever.
